Standing weekend thread. Not necessarily burritos, not necessarily Mexican, just what is happening in your kitchen. I have a bar shift Friday and Saturday so Sunday is the only day I cook properly. Doing carnitas, mostly because it needs four hours of nothing and I need four hours of nothing.

Tomatoes finally came in properly this week so it is salsa, salsa and more salsa. I have eleven kilos and a small kitchen and I have made a serious planning error.

Sunday batch as always. Twelve breakfast burritos, freezer, done by ten. It is not exciting but it means I eat properly on Wednesday.
