What grain mill is recommended for grinding nixtamal to masa at home?

I want to start nixtamalising and grinding my own masa. I know commercial mills can do this but for home use I am not sure what equipment is practical, what price range to expect, and whether there is a grain mill that works for both corn masa and other grains.

The Victoria hand mill is also the starting point I recommend for anyone unsure if they want to commit to electric equipment. It is under $60, grinds nixtamal reasonably well, and you will immediately understand what you are trying to achieve. If you find yourself using it every week, upgrade to an electric mill. If you use it twice and stop, you have not spent much.
