Can I get notified when new topics are posted in a specific category?

I mostly follow the Integrations and API category and want to keep up with new posts without checking in every day.

I found notification options for topics I have already replied to, but I cannot find a way to subscribe to a whole category. Is that possible?

Yes. At the top of each category page there is a Follow button. Click it and you will get a notification for every new topic posted there.You can manage what type of notification you receive in your account settings under Notifications. I would suggest starting with in-app only and switching to email digest if you find you are missing things.
