What I learned from eating a breakfast burrito every day for a month

I ate a breakfast burrito every morning for thirty days. Here is what I learned: Days 1-7: excited, results variable, could not figure out why some were better than others. Days 8-14: started tracking fill weight and temperature more carefully, results improved and became more consistent. Days 15-21: got bored with my protein choices and forced myself to vary them — this is where I learned the most. Days 22-30: muscle memory is real. By week four the assembly was automatic and I could focus on flavor development rather than technique. The main lesson: repetition is the only teacher. Reading about it helps but thirty identical mornings is worth more than any tutorial.

This is exactly what this community is for. The documentation approach — tracking what changes and why — is the fastest path to actually improving. The vague 'practice makes perfect' advice is useless without the tracking part.

The repetition insight is the whole lesson. I have read everything available about technique and the thing that actually made me better was making the same burrito twenty times in a row until I stopped having to think about the individual steps.
